Clean, spacious rooms with all amenities for a great stay. All-inclusive with helpful multi-lingual staff offering lots of entertainment throughout the day and into the evening. Car parking was a little tricky in the dark but otherwise just about manageable. Shame that residents hog the sun loungers from early morning unnecessarily. But with plenty of pools this wasn’t too bad an issue.

The room is small for three people, especially the bathroom. Otherwise, it's comfortable and quiet. Everything was within walking distance from our room. The shared pool is nice and spacious. The complex is large and crowded, especially the restaurant. The entertainment in and around the pool is very noisy. Great for children, not for those seeking peace and quiet. There are many steps and strairs in the complex. All staff are helpful and friendly. And there is a beautiful private beach.

Let's be clear, This is a Hotel clearly that caters For its French Guests. The staff, in particular the animation team largely only bother with the French. This wasn't really an issue for us but it was more than obvious. Even the guy cooking the eggs would just tell us to take our eggs from the precooked ones and then cook fresh for The French. The hotel is nice but nowhere near a 5 star, I would have to say 3 to 4 at best. The rooms are nice, beds comfy, nice big tv but nothing to equate to 5 star. The reception staff were all very polite and helpful and checking in was a breeze. A welcome drink wouldn't have gone a miss though. The drinks in the All inclusive package were mixed, some of the spirits were good brands, but then others you had to pay for. The food wasn't to our taste, lots of pork or chicken. I have to say we were a party of six and we all agreed we wouldn't return.

Average resort for this price. Great dinners, lunch was ok, breakfasts was really bad. But for late breakfast there is pool crepes option, that were really great. Overall rooms are good, but we get the room at the end of the corridor with leaking hole in the ceiling and a lot of mosquitoes/flies on the way to the room. Territory is quite nice, but the sea in this region is quite muddy with some seaweeds. Overall, not a bad stay, but definitely needs some improvements. And if you are appreciate clean and crystal clear water in the sea, you should look to another hotel in another region.

The hotel is worth recommending, I just ask for a

Rooms freshly renovated. The cleaning ladies did their job perfectly. We had room 956 and there was a problem with the sewage system. The problem was solved but it took a long time. Overall, the hotel is worth recommending. Unfortunately, the meals are too low for a 5-star hotel. Not much seafood, despite the sea around. Low-quality alcohol, If you like good coffee, only go to the main bar. Plaza only for hotel guests.😀Overall, for the price we paid we were satisfied. A big thank you to the staff, they were really nice and helpful.

Let’s be honest: this is not a 5-star luxury resort. More like a solid 3-star with delusions of grandeur. The food? Carb-heavy, flavour-light, and stuck on repeat. The à la carte restaurants? Somehow even worse (don’t ask me how, but they pulled it off). And yet… I had a great time. The place has character. The staff are genuinely kind, the guests are a decent, friendly bunch, and it all feels safe, laid-back, and chilled fun. The setting is gorgeous, and the resident barista deserves a medal — by the end of the week he was cranking out espresso macchiatos like a pro. If you’re chasing champagne-soaked, Instagram-perfect “luxury,” skip it. Which is exactly the best part: the pretentious crowd won’t be here. Instead, you’ll find a relaxed, respectful vibe in a beautiful spot — and that’s worth far more than a limp à la carte menu.

This was supposed to be an all inclusive experience however, all the restaurants were shut down by 9:30pm so there was no chance to find any food after this time. Many people travelled with their kids including myself so it was extremely difficult to coupe with the restaurant time which I find it difficult to believe because I had stayed in other all inclusive hotels and their had more than 1 restaurant and food was available 24/7. The bars were serving cheap drinks, quality of the food was poor and limited food options, there was only 1 entertainment event every day in the evening for children and WiFi connection was terrible. Overall we had a bad experience and rest assured that we won’t be back.

Lovely stay with good food selection , beautiful sea views, sone outstanding staff (Kostas in dining room , Sophia on crepes, Raldo in entertainment, lovely cleaning staff) made up for sone less enthusiastic employees . Only negatives were 6am wake up to secure a sun bed for the day, some very un-relaxing techno music around tbe pool in the morning and disappointedly no motorised water sports for our entire 8 day trip . That said, If your looking for a typical good quality all inclusive this hotel won’t disappoint .

Ha sido una estancia muy buena. Hemos estado 2 adultos y 2 niños en una habitación con vistas al mar. En esta época no había demasiada gente, así que estaba todo disponible, limpio, todo el personal muy amable y el todo incluido, para nosotros que no vamos ni a comer ni a beber de forma compulsiva, es mucho más de lo que comemos o bebemos en casa. Como no hacía calor no había mosquitos.
