First visit by myself and good friend. Ideal location as a few minutes walk from both coast, town centre etc. Compact town with something to suit all. Staff in all areas of the hotel were extremely pleasant and diligent, speedily resolving a minor issue we had. Hoping to return before long.

Lovely place friendly staff, close to all the touristy parts Buffet ok Pizza most popular but a long wait for it Pool area nice. Staff bring around snacks and fruit which is great.

We booked a seaview junior suite. The seaview turned out to be a glimpse of the sea over the back of other hotels between two buildings. Not a good start. The receptionist said that I should have checked the hotel photos out. The room was just about OK but I would not have described it as a junior suite. The bar area was far too small as was the pool area. Breakfast was good Lunch and dinner only reasonable at best The staff were so busy they didn’t have r time to be sociable. Hotel was very clean and not for from the Old Town. We spent 3 nights at the Mistis before travelling to Symi. We had thought we would treat ourselves to a nice room with seaview and all inclusive. Most disappointed
