Beautiful hotel. Bedrooms are slightly dated now, but kept clean and tidy. A very nice relaxed vibe. Very friendly staff around the resort and hotel. Food and drinks are great quality. Branded spirits and hand made cocktails. Amazing service.

Really nice hotel with beautiful beach front. The staff were super friendly. The restaurants require super advance booking. I would book them way before check in. Like more than 7 days. They need to do better with the restaurant bookings. However they do have a good buffet.

Really nice beach. Lots of chairs and lots of shade. Beach bar cocktails were delicious. Breakfasts were excellent. The buffet for lunch and dinner was also excellent. Lots of choices for fresh salads and fruits. Comfortable beds. Nice rooms. Really nice resort. Definitely caters to families

Nice hotel with a beautiful view! The private beach is very quiet, with clear water, which is great. However, the food service definitely needs improvement. There aren’t many options to choose from for lunch.

Gorgeous beach and views. Excellent service from the staff at all times. For all inclusive, excellent food with plenty of choice and branded well-made drinks. We had 4 of the a la cartes (book before you go on the app), they were fantastic. Entertainment from the singers and jazz band was lovely. Excellent wine. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for a great service!

this is a lovely Hotel with amazing views great food there are four à la carte restaurants which are very good and the service is excellent The only downside is there is a big hill to walk up if your room is after 650 so be prepared for a steep walk so if you do want to avoid that make sure you book a room close to the reception Also I think there could be a little bit more entertainment in the evenings but the cocktails were amazing I wasn't that impressed with the beach but there was some water sports available

The hotel’s location is absolutely stunning. Breath taking views and the hotel is well designed to show off the surroundings from multiple angles and heights! The staff are excellent - all of them were very friendly and helpful, and we felt at home as soon as we were welcomed in the front door on our arrival. The range of food and drink options is brilliant. Note that you have to reserve dinners at the restaurants via the app, which is definitely worth doing because they are excellent. The only negative is that during our stay, there was some bad smell around the path between the hotel and beach, poor plumbing or something similar. But this did not directly affect our stay in the hotel. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay! Food is amazing. We had very warm welcome and enjoyed every moment there. I wish I didn’t have a wasp bite as I’m allergic to that but from what I understood wasps are a seasonal problem and you can potentially escape them if coming early summer.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very helpful and professional. A lovely private beach and pool area. We had not realised you had to pay for food in the restaurants which was disappointing. Food allergy labelling was also not brilliant and a little confusing.

Excellent hotel, private beach and friendly staff

The hotel with it's excellent facilities and the most helpful and friendly staff we have had over many all inclusive holidays. Great location with private beach onto calm beautiful bay. Free pedalos and kayaks. The overall setup of the resort could not be better. Food was fresh and high quality. Would recommend for couples and families - hotel rooms are excellent, while we stayed in one of the huge family bungalows - cleaned daily by excellent maid service. Whatever other reviews say we cannot fault the place and we have stayed all over the world in other all inclusive resorts.

We loved the view from the balcony onto the beautiful see.The staff was very dedicated and fulfilled al af our wishes. At the beach we had a wunderfull view and ancient olive trees and palm trees all around us.The buffet had a great variety of cultural diverse foods. Our meals at the specialty restaurants were exceptionally well prepared and immensly flavourful. The only drawback for us were the very hard beds. After mentioning this to the staff they immediatly remedied this by adding a topper to the bed. After that we were able to sleep much more comfortably. All in all our stay was very enjoyable and we recomend it greatly.

Disappointing experience behind a luxury facade

We booked this hotel expecting a luxurious all-inclusive experience, but sadly, it didn’t live up to its promise. The rooms were worn, the children’s bedroom smelled of damp, and we passed the same litter and cigarette butts every day on the path to our room. Inside, the room was poorly cleaned — dust, hair from previous guests, and insect remains in corners and drawers. The pool is too small for the number of guests, and sunbeds are always reserved. Staff seem kind but lack service training; misunderstandings were frequent. At lunch, I was scolded by a waitress after going to the bar to order — a surprising and unpleasant experience. Food quality was disappointing. Much of it appeared prefabricated, including dry pastries, bake-off bread, and soggy lunch dishes. Dinner buffet lacked taste and freshness. Restaurant Venezia was decent, but failed to showcase local ingredients. The Asian restaurant was worst of all, with frozen spring rolls & soggy noodles covered in Asian sweet sauce from a jar. The website presents a high-end image, but our experience was of a tired, mid-range resort in need of renovation, better cleaning routines, and significantly improved food and service.

The surroundings are really beautiful, so close to the beach. The gardens are beautiful too. The rooms and the corridors are a bit 'dated'. The bathroom could use an update for example. And I would put some paintings or pictures on the walls of the rooms to make it a bit nicer. The food is fantastic! Really really good, everything you could wish for and if you have questions they are very willing to help. The staff is excellent. We had a massage which was great. The bed at the pool are also a bit dated. Entertainment is nice in the evening and there is something to do for the children but I could see that they loved playing at the beach. I would come back here!

Room was spacious and perfect for a family of four Pool was small compared to the size of resort and number of guests Dining options were average , other Grecotel hotels taste better Some staff were rude others were extremely nice which affected our experience at the beginning We were there for 5 nights and as soon as we arrived we asked to book at their restaurants surprisingly they said all restaurants r fully booked except the buffet one mentioning that on their website they ask to prébook and I told them this is not mentioned on Expedia where I did my booking which made me ask for the hotel manager and discuss !! Their kids club is average vs other kids clubs we’ve been to Thanks for birthday celebration , so thoughtful of them

One of the best all inclusive I’ve been to for drinks. You could order pretty much anything and they would accommodate. Food was brilliant as well but is difficult to book in because the demand is high so try and book in advance. We stayed in a family bungalow and the kids loved it. Very spacious and our bed was huge. The only downside to the whole Hotel was the pool area was very small for the size of the hotel and the standard people coming at early hrs in the morning to reserve beds. Overall we had a great time.
