From the airport transfer which was particularly difficult after landing to the superb reception staff service this was a lovely one night stay close to Charleroi airport. It may be basic but rooms are clean and warm , beds are comfy and the pillows outstanding , leading to a fabulous nights sleep. We didn’t do breakfast however the restaurant and bar looked lovely. Little seating areas around reception . Everywhere looked very clean and well kept. Would stay again if using this airport. I would stay the receptionist who welcomed us and checked us out in the morning couldn’t have done more and is well informed , helped with onward travel advise. Bus stop right outside the hotel for easy transport to rail or Brussels Centre

Half hotel and half building site

Half the rooms don’t have doors on because they are, I guess being refurbished. The lift was out of service this morning so had to take the stairs up and down. I had a meal in the hotel. They sat me on a table where they keep the wine glasses however the lasagna was lovely! Close to the airport but not easy to get to. Bed was comfortable
