8/10 Very good

Excellent breakfast, helpful friendly staff, fairly spacious room. Nice touch was the option of free cups of homemade lemonade or spiced wine from the foyer. Only let down a bit by an unpleasant drain smell from the bathroom.

Good location, quiet street in the middle of the city. Breakfast was decent. Staff was helpful. Thank you! 💛

6/10 Good

Overall it was an ok stay, just a tired looking hotel, cracked bathroom sink, chipped bowls, stains around kitchen sink, leftover used kitchen sponge was the only thing to use to wash up, no tea towels, just didnt feel clean even after using the shower or cooking. A great location though, and quiet as it's on a residential street. Very limited choice for a vegan breakfast but coffee was lovely and pastries looked great from next door bakery.

One of the best hotel stays we've had! The staff are so polite, knowledgeable and attentive - we felt so welcomed and they were fantastic help, cannot express our gratitude enough. As for the room itself, it was fantastic; extremely comfortable and quiet with everything we needed. Great location too for many cafes or hopping on the M1 line at Opera.
