Air conditioning in August was priceless!! Incredibly kind staff who took amazing care of us. We just needed something for the night & wish we would have stayed here the entire time. I was worried because it was one of the most affordable options but everything was so perfect! Exactly like the pictures & the sofa was a real pull out mattress very comfy. The beds were a dream, shower was great pressure & lots of hot water. Enjoyed the location & in room coffee, water & little fridge. Clean, comfy & spacious.

We had a great stay overall (duplex apartment). It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Hot water was always available in the shower. Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location was great for walking to most attractions. The AC was not working in the primary bedroom, however worked everywhere else. Some things to improve - the kitchen could use more cooking utensils, and cutlery. We only had the duplex cleaned 1x in a 6 night stay (our choice), but when we came back there were crumbs left on the floor. Overall, we loved the hotel and the amount of space we had!

Very quiet hotel. We stayed on the ground floor but the street its on is blocked for cars, keeping it very quiet all night. This hotel had the most comfortable bed I've slept in! We were totally shocked, and wish we'd stayed longer! I would recommend this hotel for your visit to Paris!

Great friendly staff. Location was close to the Metro and walkable to many sites and cafes. Modern bathroom albeit a bit tight. One caveat is that the taxi won't be able to drop you off at the front since the street is only for bikes and pedestrian.

We had a wonderful stay at the newly-opened Hotel Victoire. The location was brilliant- right in the middle of a lovely area with lots of shops, bars, cafes and other places to eat nearby. The room was great, very spacious and well-designed. Finally, the staff team were incredibly friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Paris!

“A small, new hotel that’s clean, comfortable, and centrally located — just a short walk to the main attractions. The street is blocked to cars, so if you’re arriving by taxi, you’ll need to get dropped off at the corner. The room was a bit warm and I couldn’t adjust the thermostat, but that seems to be common in France. Stairs are very narrow and the elevator is tiny, but the staff were extremely kind and friendly, which really made the stay special.”

We had a quick one night stay, and the staff was wonderful. Tons of spaces. Brand new hotel- the taxi had trouble finding it- there was a different name on the door. And the elevator was down waiting on inspection. Would love to come back when things are finished setting up and we are staying longer.

We had a remarkable 2-night stay at Hotel Leev Victoire during the Xmas Holidays (2024). We had booked this hotel on the premise of its central location, amenities & value (king bed and decent bathroom) for the price point. Let me tell you it certainly delivered on the promises. The hotel opened in the summer of 2024 after a tasteful renovation of the building in a sleek & tasteful modern spa-like design. The fact that it is located in a quaint portion of the Victoire street, void of cars, makes for truly quiet nights for such a central location. It is a great hub for effortless city exploration being just a stone-throw from major landmarks like Place Vendome, Palais Garnier Opera, Madeleine Church, exquisite shopping locals, theaters & cabarets (Moulin Rouge & Folies Bergeres). The spacious design of our apartment-style room (Vega) was thoughtful with a dreamy king bed and well-appointed bathroom with a shower featuring both Rainspa and handheld multijet showerheads for ultimate in-room comfort. 5 stars for the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. The staff was professional, warm, and genuinely invested in ensuring guests felt welcome. Amenities enhanced the overall experience further. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, this hotel is a real gem offering comfort, convenience, and Parisian charm. This is definitely an address to keep !

Me gustó que el acceso al transporte público (metro y autobús) se encuentran muy cerca. Hablando de lugares para comer, igualmente hay varias opciones caminando. Por lo que hablando de ubicación, está excelente! La limpieza en general es buena, aunque solicité que se limpiara la regadera de sarro, ya que no salía bien el agua , y nunca lo hicieron . Estuve 7 días y no me cambiaron las sábanas, solo las toallas. La habitación es muy pequeña para 4 personas, para 2 está perfecta. A pesar de que está en calles transitadas, no se escuchaba ruido ni de otros cuartos, para nosotros fue importante ya que pudimos descansar bien.

Fantastisch

Wir hatten ein tolles Appartement bzw. DZ mit einem Schlafsofa, dass sich super-schnell umwandeln ließ, so dass man es auch tagsüber das Sofa nutzen konnte. Alle Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren zu jeder Zeit überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man mal aus dem schmalen Treppenhaus bzw. Aufzug rauskam, wirkte das Zimmer selbst sehr stylisch und für Pariser Verhältnisse geradezu großzügig. Die Lage ist perfekt, Metro gleich um die Ecke, aber auch fußläufig zur Opera oder auch Montmartre. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl das Hotel noch relativ neu und somit auch die Zimmer nicht allzu abgewohnt sind, wäre es toll, wenn hier noch ein wenig mehr Wert auf die Reinigung und Pflege des Zimmers bzw. der Sanitäranlagen geachtet werden könnte, damit man als Gast noch lange Freude an den schönen Zimmern haben kann. Insgesamt ein fantastischer Aufenthalt!
