The property location is good with shops nearby. But the property condition was very poor with leakage in the bathroom, bed rugged with a sagging mattress so much so that my daughter now has a sore back due to sleeping in that. The property did not have a drinking water fountain anywhere and the only option was to fill water from the bathroom. The staff were however very warm and were doing their best to help.

Breakfast - unfort not worth the paid Brekky, best to go elsewhere if you wanted a nice hot breakfast. Coffee ordinary. The Brekky that’s included in rates was toast, condiments, plain yogurt, bland so called muesli but was in fact oats, reconstituted juices, percolated coffee. Waitress had no personality unfort in dining area. Front desk lady was lovely & very accommodating. Room with 2 Q beds very tight, PowerPoints were limited. TV in wrong spot so only 1 bed could see it, wardrobe opened half way as door closure was in the way, no thought into the layout. Room had mustn’t odour, could do with a fragrant plug in. Be aware it’s a high tub walk over to get in to access shower. Lounge communal area was nice. There is no lift so best to book ground floor accommodation if unable to do stairs. Onsite outdoor parking was a plus. Good location wise, quiet but walking distance to centre & not far to Lilianfels. Overall ok but would not recommend or stay again unfort. We stayed during school hols, last minute short getaway so we were limited with avail accommodation.

Only stayed one night, our room was spacious and comfortable. Clean room and clean bathroom. Very quiet. Alas no lift, so needed to go up 2 flights of stairs to the first floor, room 304. We also had the continental breakfast which was very satisfying offering cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast and pastries along with tea and coffee. Close to Scenic World and Katoomba main st. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay.
