Easy check-in, comfortable rooms, and great breakfast . Staff was outstanding with helping me contact a no show travel vendor and vetting our taxi driver.

The buffet was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. The rooftop pool was fun. A little far from the airport and downtown but a nice place to stay prior to leaving town for a tour of the Amazon.

A+ Staff

The staff at this hotel are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Large rooms with everything you need including a smart TV so I was able to watch Netflix.

10/10 Exceptional

An excellent, clean and comfortable hotel overall on a major thoroughfare with a great free breakfast buffet and a dinner buffet that I was able to add at booking via Expedia for only $1.00 extra. There is a convenient general shopping mall next door. The staff was friendly and courteous but at times had trouble understanding English with some non-routine requests/conversations. Its location though is about 20 minutes away via an Uber ride from the town square.

This hotel is very clean, well maintained and employs great staff. We had stayed here for 3 nights recently for th enew years. Very great value for the price. Staff took care of all our queries and went out of their way to fullfill our request. The resturnat is not bad, despite us being vegetarians. The food options are good for vegetarians as well with 4-5 items on the menu. Will highly recommend this place for all future travellers and we also would liketo stay here on our future visits.

The condition of the room was nice. No gift shop. This is located in an unsafe atea. Staff was indifferent. I wouldn't stay here again.

Decent hotel out if the way from downtown

The restaurant is absolutely horrible. I ate at burger kong next door instead of tokerating that “food” they claim to serve.

This holiday inn was looking very tired. The first room we were offered had no electricity working. The second room offered was a handicap assist room where the hot water took 5 minutes to come through. The room was on the 2nd floor and looked out over a busy road and with no double glazing it was very noisy. The air conditioning unit was noisy as well. The staff were friendly and we had a nice meal in the restaurant.

Overall the property itself was nice. The front desk staff was very rude. This was my second time staying here and both times I have encountered this. Other staff are friendly, but the front desk staff are unprofessional.
