This place was better than expected. Much bigger than i thought it would be with very high ceilings and windows. It had everything we needed plus a nice welcome basket with water, tea, coffee, olive oil salt and pepper. It was very easy and fast to communicate with the property via text in Whatsapp. Whenever we had a problem or needed anything extra they responded promptly. It's within walking distance of all the main attractions and close to public transportation. But in a quiet location. I wish we could stay longer.

Beautiful modern condo close to SMN station. We booked a two bedroom and it was very spacious with a kitchen/living room area that also had a sofabed. The entire place looked very new and the kitchen was well-equipped. Florence is small so is an easy walk or bus anywhere. Check-in was remote and very clear. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was very comfortable. Staff was wonderful. They allowed us to drop off our luggage early, so we wouldn’t have to drag it around.

Beautiful, clean, and renovated property. Comfortable beds, clean dishes and towels available. Located in a quieter neighborhood with its own charm. Hosts were very receptive and thoughtful as well. All the utensils and miscellaneous items we needed were provided. The main door wasn't functional during our stay, but the hosts contacted us promptly, and the issue was resolved within 10 minutes. The door was not a problem for us the rest of our stay.

The apartment was very well appointed, comfortable, clean and modern. The TV was tiny and the main bed a bit firm but otherwise no complaints. It was possible to walk to all the attractions. Communications were easy and check in and check out was also very easy.

6/10 Good

Communication - Bad and Good Bad - The e-mail to access the apartment was never sent which caused anxiety about the stay. Good - Customer service did call at 2:00, 1 hour before check-in to arrange for access to the apartment and were prompt in meeting. Bad - The first communication was only an hour before check-in. Property Condition Bad - None of the 3 air conditioners worked that were located in each of the 2 bedrooms and the living room. Everything else about the apartment was great.

Everything is aligned with the info. Clean and well equipped. The only problem is there are flies around but the owner is prepared for it and it is rather not a big issue. It would be even better if the communication could be more promptly and responsive. Overall a great stay. Recommended.

Our family (two parents and two boys under 10) had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. We especially appreciated the convenient bus stop nearby, making the 30-minute trip into Venice a breeze. This is a great option for families looking for a comfortable and well-connected stay on the mainland.

Beautiful apartment and close to everything. Would have liked to stay longer but only needed the one night. Would definitely recommend to others or choose to stay again.
