We booked and paid for a big 4 bed room, but when we arrived the room was given to others, so we had to stay with our dogs in a small doubleroom. I have disable parking sign and was told that there was an outside elevator but when we were there, is was not working at all, so we have to carry all our heavy stuff up and down all the stairs every day throughout the entire stay. We had to fight for the refund as the small room was cheeper than the room we had paid for and they would NOT give any compensation for all the troubles and more than 2 hours we spent trying to solve this. We saw rats running or sitting on the parking place every day, 5 at the same time. Absolutely NOT recommended. Never stay there again.

The hotel is outright filthy and extremely unpleasant, with excessive noise. The bed linen was not clean, and it was evident that others had previously used it. The table had not been wiped and still had food remnants on it. Additionally, conversations in the neighboring rooms can be heard clearly.

Konstigt att det inte fanns kaffebryggare på rummet.Det fanns tekokare,micro och spishäll.Dåligt med bestick. Mycket springande i korridoren långt ut på natten när boende skulle ut och röka.Tvättmaskinen började användas kl.00 och var mycket störande för vi hade rummet intill.

Om jag inte hade tittat på bilder innan så hade jag aldrig trott att det var en entre till ett hotell. Dessutom en överfull stor soptunna med sopor överallt runt den. Dörren till toa gick inte att stänga överhuvudtaget fick stå lite på glänt när man uträttade sina behov. Väldigt lyhört. Rummet och badrum annars helt ok. Väldigt trevlig kontakt med personalen. Kommer aldrig att bo där igen.

Parkering finns, men var full. Höga trappor till ingång. Fönstret gick inte att stänga, det är december nu. TVn finns men inga kanaler. Dörrhandtaget till toan sitter löst, duschen läcker. Finns ett kylskåp i rummet, den luktar döden. Bra sängar.
