Great room, quiet small building. The room was very spacious with a full kitchen and living room. The bathroom was clean and high end. The owner was accommodating and kept a clean and beautiful environment. Just a short walk from the subway station and close to down town and places to eat, get coffee, etc. would recommend.

This apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We would have happily stayed for the whole duration of our booking were it not for 2 problems that were compounded by absent communication from the owners. Firstly the HULU TV set did not function in the living room area. This was just an inconvenience. However, the entire hot water supply to the apartment (but not the building) stopped half way through our week long stay. Despite repeated phone calls/voice mails and emails to the owners, our problem was not acknowledged let alone responded to or corrected. After 48 hours we felt unable to stay any longer (we were getting smelly) and we booked into the Hyatt down the road. Expedia customer service helpline (a real human) was really helpful and agreed that the service was unacceptable. They arranged a partial refund which we received promptly. I really do not like leaving negative reviews, as i do think this building an apartment was very good otherwise.

Terrible service and cleaning. There was broken glass in the shower and we cut our feet off it when we arrived. There was small shards of glass stuck in our feet and we bled quite a bit from the larger pieces of glass. We had complained to Expedia and the hotel refused any compensation. It appears that the glass shower door in our room had broken by the previous guests before our arrival since our shower was missing a door and the rubber stoppers were set to the side. There was also glass chipped off of a picture frame they had. So it was clear some sort of glass had been broken in the bathroom. Overall would not recommend based on the fact that the simplest safety and cleaning procedures were not taken when there was clearly broken glass present in the unit.

Property was nice and well outfitted. The door closing however was not good (the door could not shut properly unless extensively banged). The bedding, such as pillows and blankets were of very, very poor quality, especially the pillow. Cleanliness of the linens were also questionable. Communication from the property is also a bit weak. They did not respond to my Expedia messages nor my texts, however they were not urgent requests. I would return, the unit is basic but does the job and is in a fantastic location.

The hotel is nice and clean, parking lot is near by (even though the look of parking build is scary, but actually clean and good). The suite is bit warm when arrived, but the AC is working well and cool the room down quickly

AC was great, fridge was clean and many small appliances in the kitchen were neat, but we didn’t get a chance to use them. Close to many touristy spot. Only issue was the pillows were way too soft and the elevator smelled funny.
