Great customer service! Beautiful hotel!
Hotel was very nice. Customer service was outstanding and super friendly. We were here for youth soccer, I would recommend to other people. I did wish there was some snack or coffee options in the morning. Having to walk across the street to Starbucks in the morning was a little inconvenient. With that said my only gripe(s) is if you prefer pitch black room to sleep in this may not be for you. There’s a floor light sensor that automatically turns on when your feet hit the ground so if you go to the restroom in the middle of the night you’re waking the family up. I was able to cover the sensor with a pillow. The headboards have this neat backlight which looks cool but the power button is this bright blue so at night it glows brightly, I wish I had a piece of tape to cover it. Lastly, the pillows are super thick and firm so it props your head in an uncomfortable angle so sleeping was a bit of a challenge. Fortunately for my family they brought their own pillows so they were good. I was the only casualty:p
Because of youth sports we stay at hotels almost weekly so we value customer service, this hotel goes above and beyond which is why I probably would come back despite some of the challenges.
