Bijou suites was lovely. The rooms were spacious and beautifully set up. We had a family and this was definitely one of the best hotel/apartments we've stayed. Close to 7-11, and trains. All walking distance. There were 2 showers (1 had the bath, 2 toilets), great for big families. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again. It was definitely a family favourite.

Lovely place

Lovely place, spacious and clean. Has multiple bathrooms and separate to toilets, convenient for a small or big group of people. Basic cooking stuff in kitchen, sufficient for preparing breakfast.

The most impressive part is how big it is. Very good for families and group trip! And the price for how big it was!! So affordable. Definitely will stay there again whenever we‘re back as a big family or groupd of friends

2/10 Poor

The kitchen was terrible, the floor was filthy (and you had to walk in barefoot). There were barely any utensils in the kitchen, the fan and extractor were very dirty, and there was a shortage of laundry detergent. But the worst part was that communication with the hotel was completely useless and slow. There are plenty of vending machines nearby, and a 7-Eleven is only a 5-minute walk away.

6/10 Good

Never been to a "hotel" where we were expected to take our own trash out. Or do dishes without drying towel or drying rack. Emails said we can leave luggage after 12pm inside door. But there was 2 doors and housekeepers were surprised and kind of mad w einterrupted their process. There was only 3 or so laundry pods so we couldnt complete doing our laundry. Dryer wssher combo didnt dry our stuff so it took 2 days to hang dry. Other, near tram and train station and convenience stores nearby. Spacious. Didnt see the outdoor public bath in pictures of the property. We thought it was a typhoon when the upstairs neighbor ran their bath berore 7am.

Stayed 2 night , at the first night while checked in , one of air conditioner is malfunction , so the living room is quite hot, the towel ,bed sheet and floor was dirty and stain on it , the sink at bathroom was blocked , and there is moldy smell of bed rooms , even found several cockroaches and spider in the kitchen, nothing changed or improved after complaining to householder .
