We so wished that the winery was already open, but the vines were beautiful to look at while enjoying the complimentary breakfast. Lenny was so kind and fun to talk to. The Cottage at Amos Lake is the epitome of excellence. I've stayed there twice now and can't say enough wonderful things about the property and the staff. They are polite and kind, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. The rooms are clean, quiet and have an air of luxury to them. There's a communal kitchen offering cereals, granola bars, bagels and cream cheese, coffee and tea, bottled waters. It is all included with your stay. The property is super close to Foxwoods, which is very convenient considering the outrageous prices to stay at the casino. The Cottage will always be my first choice and I so look forward to my next stay!
