Although the hotel is at the top of a hill, it didn't detract from the fact that we had a great time at San Fermin. Staff were very polite and helpful throughout our weeks break. Drink prices at the bar are very reasonable, and plenty of poolside space for plenty of sunbeds.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Personally, the i wouldn’t bother paying for the breakfast again - there are lots of options but the sausages and beans weren’t great in my opinion. Otherwise would definitely come back again

nice, clean hotel...helpful, friendly staff...good choice for breakfast (we didn't have the evening meal option).. the only bad thing i can say is that the toilet didn't flush properly (it took nearly 20mins to refill)...we did report the issue to the reception but whatever the maintenance did (if anything) didn't work so we just put up with it

Stayed here so many times I can’t remember how many! This time we found the WiFi in block A non existent! Didn’t work at all in the room. Credit to Fran from maintenance who fix our air con, and the food is no where near as good as it used to be! ANTONIO in the pool bar is a massive miss to the hotel! Gutted to no longer see him here! The rest of the staff are also top notch! Natalie, Carlota, Paulo A credit to the hotel!

Excellent location right in the middle of everything. Down the hill to the beach and up the hill to the shops, bars, restaurants and train station. Room was very spacious and clean and the ensuite a decent size with excellent shower. The gardens and pools are lovely and the pool bar is very reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Restaurant is nice 10 euros for all you can eat breakfast well worth it

Nice hotel, good cheap option, woke up by the police banging on a door in the corridor at 630am, but can’t blame the hotel. Stay here a few times a year as the rooms facing the pool get the sun all afternoon so it’s nice to sit on the balcony, prefer block B as seems quieter, but a good staff overall.

Had an excellent stay. Rooms although on the smaller side had large comfy beds with duvets. Air-conditioning is outstanding you can get the room to a fridge. Staff in all areas were lovely, really friendly. Food was excellent every night great variety and well presented and prepared. Gym coild really do with a multi gym and some more weights. Overall i would 100% return. Loved this hotel.
