Très mauvaise expérience dans cet établissement. Rien à voir avec les vidéos que l’on peut voir sur les réseaux sociaux ! Nous nous sommes plaints plusieurs fois pendant le séjour, mais malheureusement rien n’a réellement changé, à part un changement de chambre après avoir signalé la saleté de la première. Plusieurs problèmes rencontrés : La moitié de la carte du room service indisponible. Chambre sale à l’arrivée et ménage insuffisant. Ongles et touffes de cheveux retrouvés au sol. Douche qui fuit et manque d’étanchéité. Carte qui se démagnétisé très régulièrement Petit-déjeuner incomplet : on nous confirme que les produits demandés seront rajoutés, mais ce n’est finalement pas fait donc nous resto s sur notre fin. Espace sauna/hammam sale. Services comme le coiffeur et le bar laissés à l’abandon ou indisponibles. Musique répétitive diffusée en boucle, audible jusque dans les chambres. Le plus décevant reste l’absence de réaction malgré nos nombreuses réclamations, un geste commercial aurait été le bienvenu dans ce genre de situation. Nous avons signalé les problèmes à plusieurs reprises, sans amélioration concrète. Pour un établissement de ce standing, le niveau de service et surtout le manque de prise en compte des remarques des clients sont vraiment décevants. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement et n’y retournerons pas.
