Great location. You can see the hotel from the north exit of JR train station, Famous fish market Washo is across from the train station. Super affordable room rate which includes generous buffet breakfast with about 30 various dishes in Japanese and Western cousins. The hotel is very close to the station. The room was comfortable and good value. Free drinks are available downstairs, but only coffee or hot water. When I asked about tea, the receptionist reacted as if I was making an unreasonable request, which I found very strange.

No air conditioning in summer time, I stayed in the end of May, only heating available which is central controlled by hotel. We couldn’t sleep all night because it was too hot (showing 27C) and no fresh air. Bathtub is too high which I almost fall down when getting in and out.
