Best place to stay in Toluca.

Fantastic place, very attentive employees, best breakfast during our whole trip, great Dinner and Drinks. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, from checking in, during the whole stay and until we left. The pool is heated, big and the jacuzzi is very relaxing. I highly recommend the Archeological site (see pictures) it is the only round Pyramid we saw on our trip, dedicated to the god of the wind.

My room was big, comfortable, updated and extremely clean. Jorge, at the front desk, was personable and professional, I appreciated his personal attention to ensuring my stay was perfect. The onsite restaurant was a plus as well as having room service available 24/7. Thank you.

From the moment we walked in we were treated as the most important people The staff, both at the desk, And in the restaurant went above and beyond to be sure we had a wonderful stay. Most appreciated how all the staff from desk, restaurant, cleaning and security guard recognized and acknowledged us daily as we passed through. Very friendly when we asked or needed anything. I am impressed with whole experience at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The rooms were super cleaned to detail. Breakfast was amazing with such a great variety of fresh dishes. I felt so welcome.. Customer service welcomed us with a sweet personalized welcome note. I am so happy my family and I chose this hotel. I definitely recommend it I and will stay here again in the future.

Amazing stay !!!! Breakfast was a la carte and amazing! Very delicious with fresh green smoothie, fresh fruit, very tasty omelets and very good coffee. They had a personalized welcome sign with our name. The room is huge. I think that all the rooms are suites. The view from my room overlooked the mountains. We ate dinner at the restaurant too and that was very tasty. We didn’t have time to visit the spa. I left the cleaning lady a few things and they sent me a THANK YOU video, which was completely unexpected. I left absolutely in love with this property!!!

Large room, great housekeeping, clean and had 24-hour security on site. The biggest problem is that they want to nickel and dime you to death. There is nothing in the room but everything is for sale/rent. They will rent you utensils, it's 20 pesos for a cup of hot water, 40-60 for coffee. The included breakfast was varied. First day it was lame, second day it was made to order, third day it was a great buffet, fourth day it was decent. Service in the restaurant was not good overall. The location is just alright. It sits on a highway that only allows one way traffic so you always have to head a mile away from town before turning around and going back. There is also a lot of WhatsApp spamming. If they would just stop trying to make a dollor here and there it would be a great property.
