The hotel is right in the city center, surrounded by supermarkets, and super close to the subway. You can even walk to the main bus station, so sightseeing and shopping are a breeze! The room is spacious, the staff are really polite, and the breakfast has a great selection. I don’t like the shower water pressure is a bit weak. Also, they only give you a passcode instead of a key card to open the room door, which made me feel a bit uneasy about security.

Great location. 15 min walk from city centre. Near huge outdoor market that opens everyday to 1p. Breakfast was plentiful but everyday is same. Bathroom clean but Lighting is dim. Housekeeper keeps opening windows and mosquitoes came in

Very convenient location. Metro station is just in front, the bus stop from/ to the airport is nearby. Via Etnea(Main Street)is just around the corner. Staff were very friendly, always greeting with smile. Room was very clean. Good size for two. Basic but there's everything we needed (Safe, Fridge, Hair Dryer etc...)Only minor complaint is there was only one pillow provided. A bit hard to adjust the height as we liked. Breakfast had a plenty of choices. Staff were working hard to serve and clean. Overall great value. I'd like to come back.

Loved this hotel. It’s very well located near the end of via Etnea so easy to get to shops, sites, plenty of restaurants. The staff were super nice and the hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast was great. Defiant recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We found this hotel to be very good value for money. The room is basic, but everything is in very good condition and attractive in a minimalist modern way. Modern bathroom fixtures. The room has everything you need. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Central location. Highly recommend for a relatively low-cost, pleasant stay.

This hotel is newer and in a nice location, within walking distance of many eating areas and shopping. The only drawback currently is they’re working on the road so it can be a little noisy, but other than that everything was great and the staff were welcoming.
