"The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We'll definitely be back!"

8/10 Very good

The hotel is a hidden gem that overlooks a beautiful waterfall. The majority of the rooms are a decent walk from the lobby which we weren't aware of but the walk took us through out the beautiful grounds of the hotel. The spa was fantastic. One of the best massages I ever had. Very little English is spoken at this hotel expect by two workers. Hugo was fantastic! He made sure we knew where we were going and took care of us. Alan was very helpful as well! Would definitely stay at this hotel again but request a room within the main building.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, we had a good stay. The room was clean but it would have benefitted from warmer/thicker sheets in the beds. The service was good but the instructions for the use of the jacuzzi were unclear so we were unable to use it.

If you speak English only, get used to using WhatsApp to communicate with the hotel. Very little English is spoken. But everyone was super nice

Be prepared to wait 30 minutes for a margarita at the pool bar. Better yet, don't order a margarita and instead get a piña colada.
