Better information needs to be provided that it is impossible to park anywhere close to the hotel, even just to drop off luggage, due to highly restricted street access that is limited to taxis and commercial vehicles. Fantastic location, you can easily walk all the main attractions and a quick walk (uphill) to Alhambra. The property was clean for the most part but very dusty and had a damp smell. The property is loud at night but that's due to being so central. The living area did not look like the pictures and was smaller and less appealing but otherwise all amenities were as listed. Great communication on how to get to the property with a car.

Great service with fast reply to all the questions we had before our arrival, including helpful support with parking arrangements. The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of two adults and two teenagers. The view over Plaza Nueva and the Alhambra was lovely, and we especially appreciated that every room had its own balcony. As expected, it can be a little noisy since the apartment is located directly on Plaza Nueva. However, if you’re looking for a prime location with incredible views, this is a great pick!
