Lovely place to stay! Cute, clean, and comfy rooms. Despite being a busy weekend it was very quiet in the rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even provided homemade cookies for breakfast :)

Really nice and clean hotel and very convenient for our stopover in Kingston. Hotel has clearly been recently renovated, the free drinks in reception was a welcome addition. The highlight to our stay was Pat the duty manager on reception. She was unbelievably kind, friendly and helpful and definitely made our stay more enjoyable. She went above and beyond at check in and check out. Would happily stay again.

The staff were very polite and supportive, especially Pam. She gave us some homemade pastries, which were absolutely delicious. Overall, the room was clean and well-equipped with an iron and a hair dryer. The only drawback was that no hair conditioner was provided. If you have long hair, you may want to bring your own.
