Really nice and clean hotel and very convenient for our stopover in Kingston. Hotel has clearly been recently renovated, the free drinks in reception was a welcome addition. The highlight to our stay was Pat the duty manager on reception. She was unbelievably kind, friendly and helpful and definitely made our stay more enjoyable. She went above and beyond at check in and check out. Would happily stay again.

Overall, the room was clean and well-equipped with an iron and a hair dryer. The only drawback was that no hair conditioner was provided. If you have long hair, you may want to bring your own.

Pool is not in order, too cold to use anyways. The room was great, beds and pillows soft and fluffy, floor were clean. Bathroom was good, some rust or something on top of heaters. During booking, it showed hreakfast was included, not this time ! Sad, it was only muffins and various fruits, but it did the trick!!
