Great apartment to stay in Palermo. Easy checkin and checkout. Clean, cozy, well equipped apartment in a great area. The Palermo area is safe and has alot to do within walking distance. The only issue I had with my room was a parking alarm outside that constantly went off. Besides that everything went smooth.

This place has the potential to be a perfect small apartment to travel to however needs some small but important improvements. We’d flown travelled about 20 hours from Australia so were very tired, the blinds don’t shut properly and the balcony lights stay on all night (no switch to turn off). The wifi also didn’t work properly and the bed is two single beds put together which made a hard line in the middle. Their communication was good during business hours. We really loved not needing to carry/remember a key. If they fix these small things it would be a very good place to stay.

The location of this place is great! Within walking distance to many cafés and restaurants, including a town Square. However, the apartment was not super clean and there were stains on a lot of the white furniture and bedding, unfortunately. There was also the bare minimum in terms of amenities, including only one roll of toilet paper and no dish towels. The host often took a full day or longer to reply.

The location was great, walkable to a lot of cool shops, cafes and restaurants in Palermo soho. Communication with the host was good, too. They just really need to improve the cleaning. Also important to know that apartment 110 has a „view“ towards a wall, so I would recommend to book on the upper floors.

This place has 5 star potential but sadly it’s only a 3 due several problems. 1) No response to multiple messages sent via hotels.com regarding check/in process, 2) Dirty floors, dirty and greasy dishes. 3) Uncomfortable, old, broken down sofa 4) Broken glass shower surround 5) very uncomfortable patio furniture 6) General poor upkeep - water stains to ceiling from old leaks, poor quality trim repairs. If they really clean the place, get some decent furnishings, fix up the patios and do some basic repairs it will be 5 stars. The location is good. I own a rental property so I have an idea of what I’m talking about.

Great location. The property is clean and simple, nothing special. There were a few inconveniences. The communication with the host was difficult. We asked questions that were never answered which left us having to figure things out on our own. The WiFi also did not work, so good thing we had cellular data or else we would have had no internet. Things like this are why we give it a 4 instead of a 5.

The apartment itself wasn't terrible. It was a good location but the sheets were kind of dirty, there were some bugs and things on the ceiling/corners. The wifi was not connecting most of the time....I think we were able to get on 2-3 times in the 4 days were were there. As is noted in an 'apartment style hotel', we were unable to get ahold of anyone for 12 hours from 8am to 8pm for check in. Noting that I missed the directions to contact them 72 hours before to get a code to enter the building, but it is a frustrating travel situation when you can't get access to the hotel you booked (check in was around 3pm and we didn't hear back until closer to 8pm after I had to contact guest genie to try to contact the building). Hotels.com was also no help during this situation and called me back to blame me instead of helping :)

We booked the apartment through Expedia. The instructions were to contact the property prior to our arrival. Multiple attempts to contact the property were unsuccessful. We ended up arriving in Buenos Aires with no connection from the property. Eventually, after hours trying to make arrangements for access to the confirmed booking, we were transferred to the relocation team at Expedia. Ultimately, we were set up in an alternative accommodation which ended up being very good. The hours, days and weeks spent trying to get into this Hestia at plaza Serrano created alot of stress and alot of time and effort. We never did see the apartment and the property never returned our messages or answered the phone. Really unpleasant experience all round.

El lugar no cuenta con conserjería o recepción, al llegar tuvimos que comunicarnos con la empresa para que nos indicaran cómo ingresar… este proceso tardó varios minutos…el depto no era lo lindo y bien decorado que habíamos visto en las fotos . Un aseo regular, balcón feo y descuidado (a nosotros nos tocó con vista a un patio interior). El Punto positivo de este hospedaje lo tiene la ubicación, a minutos de plaza Serrano, con muchos restaurantes, tiendas y cafeterías a pocos pasos .

Muito bem equipado mas faltou pano de prato (acabei usando toalha de rosto). Não tinha tapetinho no banheiro e o box era aberto, molhava muito o piso (chuveiro excelente). O blackout não cobria toda janela e entrava muita claridade a noite. A cama não era casal - eram duas solteiro juntas onde um dos lados estava meio torto, mas ok. Localização ótima mas rua barulhenta. Bem decorado, super limpinho, super espaçoso e confortável.

Oppholdet var dessverre ganske skuffende og leiligheten stemte ikke helt overens med forventningene vi hadde fått ut fra bildene og den høye vurderingen på Hotels.com. Den var betydelig mer slitt og svært dårlig vedlikeholdt enn den fremstår i annonsen, og renholdet var også svært dårlig. Vi hadde også mye problemer med dørlåsen og opplevde å bli utestengt flere ganger, noe som var både frustrerende og upraktisk. Det manglet ekstra toalettpapir, og det burde vært flere håndklær tilgjengelig. Det positive er beliggenheten, som er veldig bra, og prisen er grei for området. Vi kan derfor anbefale leiligheten dersom man først og fremst er ute etter en sentral og rimelig overnatting og er klar over at standarden er en del lavere enn det bildene og vurderingen gir inntrykk av.
