There wasn’t much staff around. When we got there, the hotel was closed and no one was in the front desk. It was about 4:30pm. I called the hotel and a staff member came in about 5 min.

The area is not the best at all and to go to Galata tower is really sharp uphill. They gave me a room underground with 1000 steps … and I had a suitcase..on top of everything someone opened my door with a key … the reception made a mistake 🙀🙀👏
