I wanted a room with a bed and a bathroom - I got a room with a nice bed and a nice bathroom, and a tiny tiny TV with the local german TV channels. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a brisk 15min walk from the central station, and absolutely perfect for solo travellers who simply want a place to stay!

We arrived at the hotel and they claimed that a new hotel had taken over and lost all previous bookings and that ours did not exist anymore. Yet they confirmed my name and how many nights I’d booked for so I was clearly in the system. Terrible experience. We were in Hannover for a big event and every hotel was booked. We had to find somewhere else. Very disappointed with this experience. And would ask why is this hotel still showing in booking websites and apps.

Vi forventede et hotel, der i det mindste levede op til foto der er på hotels com. Glem alt om restaurant, morgen mad etc. Derimod støj og ballade, både udenfor og indenfor. Dårlig ind check. Beskidt . Ingen om natten, udover dem der skændes og støjede på gangen på begge etager . Godt vi kun havde første og sidste nat der . Beskrivelse af hotel er direkte misvisende.

När vi anlände till rätt adress fanns inte bokat hotell kvar, utan det hade bytt namn och ägare. Även om jag förbetalt för rum och frukost fick jag på plats köpa ett rum på det nya hotellet (jag hade tur att det fanns ett tillgängligt rum kvar). I samband med byte av ägare hade man tagit bort frukostserveringen. Rummet i sig var slitet, inte väl städat eller prisvärt.

The staff was rude and not helpful at all. The hotel supposedly has changed owners and we could not get a room until we payed again even if we had payed online. When we asked for help in getting our money back they lied about helping us. We used almost 1 hr and 40 mins before we finalized with the helpdesk at hotels.com - and then the helpdesk had to talk to the hotel anyway! We also paid for breakfast - and even if the breakfast times hung on the wall of the rooms, they claimed to offer no breakfast. The rooms were semi clean, the towels old and worn. Stay clear of this hotel at all costs - also under it’s new name hotel alle 55!!!

Da das Zimmer von Bettwanzen befallen war und ich das leider erst in der dritten Nacht bemerkt habe, kann ich keine bessere Bewertung geben. Auch wurde mir im Nachgang per Mail eine Rückerstattung zumindest der letzten Nacht zugesichert, aber seitdem wird auf nichts mehr reagiert. Ansonsten waren die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sehr freundlich und im Normalfall wäre ich auch mit der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit zufrieden gewesen. Zurzeit ist der Zugang nur über den Seiteneingang möglich, da wohl renoviert wird. Immerhin wurde mir versichert, das Maßnahmen gegen den Bettwanzenbefall eingeleitet wurden.

Absolute Enttäuschung – Vorsicht geboten Ich bereue meinen Aufenthalt zutiefst. Das Hotel war schmutzig (schon die Treppen), und nachts um 3 Uhr wachte ich wegen beißendem Chemikalien-Geruch auf bis 7 Uhr Fenster auf, kaum Schlaf. Das Personal arbeitet nur fürs Geld, nicht für die Gäste. Positive Bewertungen können nicht stimmen oder sind manipuliert. Das beworbene Frühstücksbuffet gab es nicht. Morgens um 7 war das Hotel verschlossen. ich konnte nichtmal meinen Schlüssel abgeben. Parken sollte gratis sein, doch dann zahlte ich extra Steuer und Parkgebühren (ca. 14 €). Mein teurer Ladeadapter wurde durch eine kaputte Steckdose zerstört. TVEmpfang war schlecht, die Ausstattung billig. Fazit: Hier stimmt nichts. Keine Empfehlung.

Nettes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe

Kleines Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe mit gemütlichen Betten und normalen Zimmern. Das Personal war super nett und ist auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Hat alles gepasst, vielen Dank!

Das Personal war angenehm, das Frühstück war entspannt und das Zimmer war ausreichend möbliert. Es war nachts nur relativ laut in der Umgebung und auch das Türenknallen der anderen Gäste war klar zu vernehmen, wodurch eine Nachtruhe mehrfach gestört wurde.

Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Hotel , wo man gut ein paar Tage bleiben kann. Mein Zimmer hatte leider das Fenster zur lauten Straße raus. Das Zimmer ist allgemein sehr warm gewesen und durch das geschlossene Fenster in der Nacht, noch wärmer. Würde aufjedenfall ein Zimmer in Richtung Innenhof buchen. Das Badezimmer ist ziemlich klein , die Toilette zu dicht an der Dusche dran, sodass man keinen Platz hatte. Die Duschkabine war defekt und man konnte sie nicht richtig schließen. Unter dem Strich ist es vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis aber Okay, wenn man nicht so viel Luxus braucht.

Das Hotel ist eher low budget, aber zweckmäßig. Die Rezeptionistin ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit! Leider wurde trotz ausgehängter Zimmerkarte keine Reinigung durchgeführt. Das Hotel und die Zimmer wurden vor wenigen Jahren erst modernisiert, benötigen aber wieder dringende Reparaturen. Außerdem bitte kleinere Kissen und eine vernünftige Senderverteilung im TV!

PESIMO SKYLINE HOTEL

Hice la reserva para mi hijo, llegó a las 9pm, nadie abrió a pesar de que decían atender hasta las11 pm, estuvo congelándose en la puerta del hotel por más de 20 minutos y no fue atendido, tuve que hacerla otra reserva en el hotel más cercano. Este hotel no se responsabilizó de su falta de atención y cobró la noche, Hoteles.com tampoco se responsabilizó por ofrecer un hotel que no tenía atención. Esperé solución por más de dos meses y no lo hicieron. CERO RESPALDO DE HOTELES.COM. Este bien pudo verificar en cámaras que mi hijo estuvo ahí tocando insistentemente la puerta y no lo hizo. PESIMO HOTEL
