Staff & management as a whole, with the exception of 2 or 3 individuals- never cease to amaze me with their LACK OF helpfulness or good manners or efficiency. On this occasion after extending my stay for another few days as Id been sick all week, the first time I left my room all week just to go to my car, I was locked out of my room for several hours in my bath robe through no fault of my own, they treated the issue like I was a nuisance & offered no compensation. Then sent me the wrong codes for another property & rang the next morning & abused me in regards to their own mistake in booking details, threatening the police if I didnt leave in 5 minutes, when I had most definately booked & paid & again, no explanation or apology. Considering I dont complain about a majority of things that fall short with these properties, & that I always pay ahead & show courtesy & consideration to all, being abused for no reason & not having access to the room for several hours out in the cold with no acknowledgement of their own mistake is an attitide of unpleasantness I could really do without.
