The resort was lovely. We booked last minute and had a nice one bedroom with a patio. They had bread, butter and jam ready. The staff was extremely helpful and I felt like was at another World Class Resort. My only comment is our room seemed dated and use an upgrade or be refurbished. However, it was a great resort and I would highly recommend staying there next time you are in Faro area.

Hotel is very quiet. A little far from all the action but perfect if you want a quiet, peaceful hotel away from all the people and noise. It was clean and beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful. Will be back for sure as it was an amazingly relaxing vacation.

The resort was great. Our room was really spacious with a full kitchen. There were a lot of food options and the beach was lovely. There is also complimentary shuttle that transports around the resort property if you don't feel like walking. Highly recommend staying here.

This is a masive resort with two golf courses that look very challenging. The restaurants were great, The Well was our favorite place to eat. The shuttle service is a must and very efficient. They included the Well pool and amenities which are great. We really enjoyed ourselves and would go back for sure.

The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more like 20-30 mins. This was poor and they should have had more drivers, I wouldn't go again at Easter they are not staffed for it. Additionally I had booked a restaurant reservation at Spikes, I had multiple confirmations but when we got there they didn't have our booking! Luckily the staff are great and Valentina recognised us from last year and looked after us so we had a great time, just small details that could have been better. Overall the villa was gorgeous and we had a lovely time.

Beautiful part of the world. Friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone I spoke to from the staff, reception, restaurant staff, shuttle drivers and many more were incredibly friendly and warm. The Wellness area is a very nice. A perfect balance to the constant sun, sea and crowds. Thank you for a great visit!

We enjoyed our week here. Roomy, comfortable, clean accommodation whilst a little dated. Excellent air conditioning which makes such a difference. Great on demand shuttle service which is essential around a huge estate if you have no car. Decent local dining options an enjoyable walk from our apartment. Fantastic local supermarket available by shuttle. Late return of deposit was a little disappointing and we had to ask for our welcome gift offered by Expedia. Excellent pool area but ridiculous pricing for a space at the beach!
