We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful setting surrounded by water and a lovely golf course. Great for walks with the dog. Bar and restaurant were really good. Enjoyed the food and the breakfast.

An escape just outside the city

This was a last minute switch from a place in town and boy, are we happy we did! We felt so secluded but also within 3 minutes of a giant grocery store and shopping area! The room was very spacious and the balcony overlooking the water was excellent. We took advantage of the kayaking. We ate both dinner and breakfast using our kitchen - sponge, dish soap, towel, and dishwasher tablet provided.

Hotel very spread out.

Signage to hotel part of complex not very clear. Checked in told where room was, but had difficult locating the room. Had to climb two flights os stairs from car park area. Hand rails were old and weather worn, my husband had several splinters in his hand from the wooden railings. Hotel room was nice, quiet and clean. Shower was really good. Food in main part of hotel, fine because it was a nice day, not sure would feel the same if raining. Dinner taken was ok. breakfast next morning was fine. Not a great amount of fruit. lovely surroundings, nice to hear the birds singing.

Does not have a pool as shown in the 1st picture

At the reception of the hotel we were informed that there is no pool available, but only a spa, which is not free, 49 euros for 2, during one hour. I contacted hotsl.com to ask to change the pictures, because it is really misleading. The room was very nice, really nice bes, but not very clean.

All staff need immediate training in customer service. Rules & regulations the inexperienced staff need to work to are beyond a joke. Check in was late and staff made promises they had no intention of keeping. Worst receptionists I’ve come across They absolutely do not care.

Une très belle découverte de cet hébergement à proximité de l'aéroport de Rennes. L'environnement est très agréable et permet une vraie déconnexion en pleine nature en fin de journée. Le personnel est très accueillant. La chambre est très spacieuse, propre et agréable. Je recommande fortement l'espace bien-être et le restaurant.

J’avais réservé une suite supérieure justement dans le but de pouvoir me reposer et profiter d’un certain confort. Malheureusement, l’expérience a été très décevante. Ma chambre donnait directement en face d’une paillote, ce qui rendait impossible le fait de profiter tranquillement de mon balcon, notamment en maillot de bain, avec des personnes installées en face ayant une vue directe sur moi. De plus, cette paillote ferme à 22h30, avec du bruit jusqu’à cette heure-là, ce qui est assez gênant lorsque l’on réserve une suite supérieure dans l’objectif de se reposer. J’ai signalé la situation à l’accueil, mais j’ai eu le sentiment que ma remarque n’a suscité absolument aucune considération ni solution proposée. Pour un établissement 4 étoiles et au vu du prix d’une suite supérieure, je trouve cela particulièrement décevant. J’attendais un niveau de confort, de tranquillité et surtout d’attention envers le client nettement supérieur. Je suis donc extrêmement déçu de mon séjour.
