Wish we’d caught everyone’s names. Kim was the last person we spoke to and she was lovely, but the whole team were like that for the full two days. Two room issues. Broken telly, room power cut. Sorted both times without any fuss. Rooms were fine. Clean, comfortable, did the job. The people though. That’s why we’ll be back.

We had a basement room at the front of the hotel. We stayed during a heatwave and were very grateful for the provided fan. Would have loved to be able to open the window more - only one small one at the top could be tipped open. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. A double bed and two twin beds were provided. The neighborhood was very quiet - hard to believe we were in such a big city. Short walk to the Victoria tube station which would have felt shorter if not for the extreme heat. Two stops to Trafalgar Square. Delicious pain au chocolates at the bakery around the corner! Recommend if you’re looking for a basic, affordable hotel near the London sights.
