Very clean. Bed was OK. But the room looked run-down, with dirty walls and old furniture. Breakfast was unimpressive. Not good soundproofing of the rooms – noise from across the hall, and adjacent rooms could be heard, but it did seem to stop at around midnight.

The breakfast was awful!! To go tho the pool you have to go to a near by private house to use their pool. Is not inside the hotel. To enter the pool is through the garage of this house. The room was super small. They don't have an iron in the room. They have laundry service but is not 24hours. We didn't like it.

Os problemas cruciais da acomodação são: # Não possui frigobar no apartamento. # Não tem nenhuma lixeira no quarto, apenas no banheiro. # O box do banheiro não possui nenhum suporte para acomodação de sabonete, shampoo e etc. # Após o banho o banheiro fica todo molhado, não sei precisar por onde a água sai. # O piso do box é muito liso e escorregadio e não possui nenhum tapete de proteção. # O café da manhã é muito fraco, não possui nenhuma opção de frutas, apenas, uma salada de frutas. O copo destinado ao consumo de água ou suco é minúsculo. Cheguei a medir o volume e constatei que é a metade de uma xícara destinada ao café. # O ar-condicionado é muito barulhento e O controle remoto nem sempre funciona (muito velho). Da mesma, forma o controle remoto da TV nem sempre funciona (é muito velho).

Ótima localização, perto de tudo em Mendoza! Quarto extremamente confortável, com tv a cabo e smartv. Atendimento no checkin extremamente rápido e ágil. Limpeza impecável. Porém algumas grandes ressalvas: Wifi muito ruim tanto no quarto quando nas dependências do hotel. Ar condicionado simplesmente não funcionava dentro do quarto. Simplesmente não havia nenhuma tomada de energia no quarto, apenas uma única dentro do banheiro, surreal isso!! Café da manhã deixou a desejar bastante! São estes detalhes que infelizmente não contribuíram para uma excelente estadia onde o hotel tinha tudo para proporcionar.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, o café da manhã básico, porém achei estranho que a minha escova de cabelo sumiu do quarto. Lembro de ter deixado sobre a cama. Relatei o problema na recepção e não me deram retorno. Quando perguntei novamente não souberam responder. Achei um descaso, não pelo valor da escova, que era simples, mas pelo inconveniente pois tenho cabelos compridos e necessitava dela para secar os cabelos . Ficamos 5 diárias .

La señora que está en la recepción en las mañanas es muy amable, además habla un perfecto alemán. La señora de la reserva no fue precisa con mi pedido de check-out late, acordamos un precio, el 50% de la tarifa, ella tenía una tarifa superior a la que yo pagué. Ella se percató de eso pues fui bien claro al escribirle que aceptaba pagar los 20 dólares americanos, pero no tuvo la buena voluntad de aclárame que ella quería el 50 % de una tarifa más alta, y quizá por desidia o por cobrarme más, y solo me percaté cuando llegué al hotel. Si esta señora hubiese sido honesta y aclaraba antes de mi llegada, no me hubiese hospedado en el Hotel Crillón, porque Mendoza tiene una gran variedad de buenos hoteles para elegir. Con su proceder derriba lo bueno que puede ser este hotel.
