The Heiss Hotel was very nice and in an excellent location for access to nice restaurants and Poblado Park. The room was a little small but adequate. Vanessa, the concierge, was extremely helpful with information about excursions and logistics.

The Heiss hotel was superb! Beautiful aesthetic and very clean. I was sad to leave as I really enjoyed my stay in Medellín and the hotel was so nice. Comfy beds, good AC, wonderful staff that greet you so kindly everyday! The location was excellent, quiet area but close to many services. The little market on the corner was very convenient and the restaurants in the hotel garden were great! I booked a room with a balcony, not sure if they all have balconies but I do recommend one with a balcony, great view and a nice way to start your day with a coffee! Very happy with my stay and would definitely stay again!

This was an incredible hotel. The pictures did not do it justice. The room was clean, water pressure GREAT, balconies was cute and the rooftop was adorable. The breakfast was included and it was very tasteful. The hotel has 3 separate restaurants on the lower level. The location is great, SEVERAL delicious restaurants in the area. Great stay.

Love this hotel. Great location on a quiet safe block in a cozy neighborhood. Love the Mountain View’s directly from balcony. Pool is small but nice. My only complaint is the prices of the cocktails at the bar. They were the same price as 1 night at the hotel.

Nice, cheap and clean rooms. Very strategically located in El Poblado, very near to many excellent restaurant and many other choices for food. Easy to access to the north side of El Poblado, Medellin. Room was clean, I doubt that you will get another room nearby at that price. Very affordable.
