Interesting property. Good value 1 bed room open living space. This is not a hotel itā€™s a condo - high security and you will be escorted to your room. I worked out itā€™s to keep non authorized visitors. we had two nights. again itā€™s not a hotel.

4/10 Fair

The property has insect problems. Took over 24hrs for them to even address my concern and then change my room. New room was adequate but then the microwave didnā€™t work. At this point i was fed up and just dealt with it until i checked out. Will not stay at this property again!

The main surprise was that thereā€™s no hot water. Apparently you can turn it on manually under the bathroom sink. This requires a torch and crawling on the floorā€¦and didnā€™t work anyway (I donā€™t thinkā€¦possibly it was a few degrees warmer than the cold water). The WiFi worked fine at 4am, but is far from adequate during waking hours. The bed was great!

I've loved staying at this hotel for three years, but now extensive renovations are needed. I complained about mold in my first room. After the first night, the AC in the next room was broken, so I changed rooms. The backlog of inspections and renovations is obvious.
