We stayed one night. The staff was very welcoming and they have a welcome drink upon arrival. The Prosecco was a perfect start to our stay. They have a very nice spa area with a small jetted pool, sauna, steam room and sitting are. Robes and slippers provided. We did not have time to get a massage but with the VIP status you can get 20% off. We are dinner and had drinks at the sky bar. The food was good and prices are inline with everywhere else in Switzerland. Our room has a great view, was very clean, bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

What a wonderful surprise! Friendly greeting and helpful at every turn. Room was roomy, clean, and well appointed. Beds and pillows were best of our Switzerland trip. Had two great meals - hamburgers in the rooftop bar at sunset; and breakfast. Drove us back to the train station. Wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!
