The staff were exceptional. I needed a space to do an online presentation all day, after I had checked out, they organised a quiet area for me in the restaurant and breakfast room and were very accommodating. Cannot thank them enough

Our room was in a separate building from the main hotel and was well appointed, maintained and very spacious. We had breakfast, and one evening meal in the hotel, and it was all well prepared and tasty too

Staff. Very friendly and pleasant to talk to, although there was a feeling that the administration could be improved. We had to pay an unexpected £48 for breakfast when we arrived and then received a bill for dinner two days earlier. This was no question dishonesty; it was poor organisation. Breakfast was a disappointment. They boasted about the quality of their breakfast, but it was dried out from being "kept warm". On the other hand, my wife asked for a smaller main course at dinner, and they charged half price. Parking. It was available, and they had electric charging points. We didn't use them because we didn't bring our EV, but we appreciated that they were there.
