This place says it can comfortably sleep 3, but neither the mattress nor futon were comfortable. Great location, and it was very clean, but would not stay here again unless the mattress or futon were updated. We were excited to leave to sleep in more comfortable beds.

Positive: -clean room -great location -easy self check in with no staff -quiet -lots of space to open your suitcases -full kitchen Negative: -NO ELEVATOR!!! You have to walk up flights of stairs with your luggage -had to figure out how to activate the hot water. There is an electronic panel in the bathroom. -bed blanket had a weird smell. Avoid this place at all costs! This is hands down the worst stay I have ever experienced. Horrible! To be fair, the property itself is spacious and set up like a house, featuring a living room and a kitchen. However, the sleeping arrangements are an absolute nightmare. PS, there’s about 15 stairs that you need to lift your luggages to the living room and bedroom, for all ladies out there, watch out! First, the sofa bed is completely unusable. There are two sharp metals poking through right in the middle, exactly where your lower back rests. I am genuinely shocked that previous reviews never mentioned this. Second, the bedroom mattress is just as bad. It feels like you are sleeping directly on bare metal springs; every single time you move, they poke into your body. It was an incredibly painful and frustrating experience. Both the sofa bed and the mattress are severely outdated and need to be thrown out immediately. I am not exaggerating any of this—save your money and avoid this place at all costs!

I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say I very disliked Shinjuku. But to each there own, too all so note I was by myself and feel like that if I had someone with me a would be a little better about walking the streets.

Appartement de taille raisonnable permettant d'avoir un peu plus d'espace que dans une chambre d'hotel et la cuisine. Cependant nous avons mal dormi principalement à cause du lit qui grinçait à chaque mouvement et du matelas dans lequel on sent tous les ressorts. De plus, la tv n'est pas smart dommage. Avec ces quelques ameliorations, le logement serait mieux noté et surtout plus agréable
