Fantastic location near Paddington station. Great place away from the tourists and crowds. Super safe area with grocery and Starbucks just downstairs. The building is very nice but the apartment itself is a bit weathered. Needs basic regrout in bathrooms and some more utensils. The apt had filthy floors with hair everywhere. Property management did make a recovery clean after we had already spent time cleaning. Quiet location with balcony overlooking the freeway. Key pickup and drop off is 10-15 minutes by foot which was a bit of a nuisance. Property management communicates quickly but that’s about it.
