The apartment unit was clean and exactly as advertised. No bait and switch. The enclosed shower was bit a tight, but fine. We had no issues whatsoever the unit. It was also a block from the Barcelona Santa train station and right on top of the Tarragona metro station which was very convenience for city trips and for a trip we took out to Sitges. Kitchen had a big fridge and all the necessary supplies. Living room was big with a lot of room to relax. Would definitely book here again.

10/10!! This apartment was absolutely just like home. So spacious, clean, modern, a separate living room and dining area with a tv loaded with all of the streaming apps, offered free washers and dryers with free laundry detergent. Had a full kitchen, with all utensils included, including a cleaning kit. Great WiFi! A nice balcony. Omg, the beds were SO VERY comfortable! I had a great sleep! The metro just a few steps outside of the building. A super cool website dedicated to everything you need to know about your apartment, including check-in/check-out process, instructions with videos on how to work washers and dryers, local dining, etc. Plus quick responses when we needed anything! A convenience store and pharmacy just next store. And we felt very safe in the area. We have already talked about booking this very same hotel again when we return with our family next year. Perfect for families, kids, couples, friends, everyone! Truly amazing experience.

We were only there for one night but the beds are very comfortable and the place was clean and spacious. Location was convenient with the metro stop nearby. So nice to have a Nespresso machine, shelf stable creamer and a large bottle of water included. We didn’t use it but washing tablets for laundry was also available.

The apartment was okay there was many maintenance issues which I had to communicate to host to have fixed which was annoying as this should be done prior to us checking in. The apartment was not cleaned as well as there was dust in many places. It was convenient for a short stay as it was in a good location , the communication with host was good and they were able to accommodate a late checkout. A really spacious and well-appointed apartment. Ours had three good-sized bedrooms and two toilets. There was plenty of storage, a Nespresso machine (with pods), a dishwasher (with capsules) etc etc The availability of large communal lockers to store luggage was also very handy. Not located on perhaps the nicest street in the city, but very close to Sants train station (and 10 metres from a Metro station) and a large shopping centre

Terrível como pode dar um código e a porta do apartamento não abrir? Contei com a colaboração do porteiro, que ligou para o responsável, não temos como contatar pelo Hoteis.com o porteiro ligou e passou seu celular para eu falar, grosseiramente me re respondeu: NÃO ENTENDO PORTUGUÊS!
