Apartment. Had a great view with a large patio.
Needs 2 loungers and a good size umbrella and it would be excellent. The apartment was a nicely renovated but could use a small closet in bathroom to hide all the cleaning material and the toilet needs tightened as it wobbled when you sat on it. The living room needs a small coffee table and the bedroom needs another end table. Would be Good to have an instruction booklet on how to use washing machine and stove top fan. The fans filter was dripping grease onto the stovetop, garbage can needs lid . Kitchen, needs new frypan with lid, sharp knife, vegetable peeler and some microwaveable containers for cooking, since there was no oven.
These improvements would really bring the rating up
