Clean and comfortable room, the economy (single) room was a bit basic but adequate for a few nights. Very good breakfast hot & cold food available, the staff did a good job in keeping it well stocked. Hotel is short 20 min walk to main attractions and Porta Nouva metro station is nearby, hotel is in easy reach of airport by bus or train (Porta Susa) and metro.

The hotel is conveniently close to Torino Porta Nuova station, but is also tucked away enough that it isn't busy. My room was clean and very comfortable with a spacious washroom. All must see tourist attractions are within a comfortable 15 minute walk, and delightful restaurants abound. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, even helping me find a coin laundry. I would definitely book again when I'm in Torino!

Good and central location. Rather old and filthy with hairs lying around on the floors and in the shower. Bathroom very small, so that it is hard to have the door closed while sitting on toilet. Very noisy both from traffic on the street and hallway and other rooms.

Horrible hotel! It's very loud! They turned off the AC because it's below 20⁰c and they expect you to sit in a room with no air moving unless you're willing to fight off the mosquitos and tune out the horrible noise all night! I slept better on the train leaving town than I did at the HORRIBLE excuse for a hotel! Avoid it unless you're desperate! You'd still sleep better on a bench!

Staff very friendly and helpful, location great very close to station. Reception area and breakfast room pleasant. Room was basic and tram line right outside which was fine had we not had to open window as air con not activated by hotel until later in the year. Bathroom was very small but clean as was the room.
