Staying in Motovun is a wonderful experience. The history, beauty, and pleasant people make it magical. The hotel sits at the very top of the hill. You have to leave your car at the specified parking lot and walk up. However, after you check in they will provide you with transportation to retrieve your luggage from your car so you don’t have to carry it up the hill.

Kastel is in a very gorgeous spot. It was lovely to be staying there rather than having to hike up. The staff were very accommodating when we arrived late. It was also lovely to have a spa to visit and get a massage and then swim. Also the breakfast was quite good, even with vegetables.

Wunderbares Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage

Good hotel for exploring Motovun

Great location for exploring the charming hilltop town of Motovun. Attractive hotel, pleasant staff, but the rooms are small and the bed was hard. The breakfast is quite lovely.

Varmt men godt

Meget bra sted. Fantastisk opplevelse. Kunne vært toppet med klima på rommet. Fikk ikke sove i 38 varmegrader.
