We were so glad we booked here for our stay. The suite with terrace was perfect with our 5 month which had a kitchen and washing machine. The hotel is clean, feels modern yet cosy. The hotel is located a 5 min walk from the old town and the port, the promenade anglais is a little further out at around 10-15 mins. It was close to everything but not right smack in the middle which for us was ideal. The area has nice restaurants and cafes nearby too. Where the hotel felt slightly short is the inconsistency in the service. Most of the reception team were excellent how eve there were 1-2 that were not very friendly and reluctantly helpful. All in all a great stay and we’d definitely consider staying again if we ever came back to Nice.

The hotel staff went above and beyond multiple times during our stay. They were kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is very nice, in a great location and overall highly recommended.

4/10 Fair

Great location and nice looking room on initial impression. However, bed was uncomfortable, creaking all the time and floor & rooms very noisy as have wooden style floor. Bathroom had no extractor, shower leaked everywhere and wasn’t fully cleaned. The Catherine bar restaurant service was dire too. Breakfast was crap as had run out of everything and had to keep asking for our coffee despite not being busy. Unsure if a change of management but would NOT return and staff didn’t care despite raising the issues.

Great boutique hotel in central Nice. The room was superb and I enjoyed my private solo experience in the spa room and the convenience of the hotel cafe and many others with a short distance. The beach was about a 15 minute walk to get to and everything else much closer. I’ll definitely stay here again.
