The room was clean and comfortable. Small but good value for money. Unfortunately, on arrival there was no reservation in their system and it took almost an hour to solve. The receptionist was professional and patient but did not speak at single word of English so we had to communicate through Chat GPT. One suggestion for improvement - put soap in the bathroom and shower

2/10 Poor

Very bad experience. The electric oven was just for show. There wasn't a suitable electrical outlet to use it.

2/10 Poor

Check in took a while because of unsuccessful attempts to pay the security deposit via a link that was sent for it (no other options to pay, not even at the property), and on eventually getting into the room, it wasn't cleaned properly - there was hair in the bathroom sink & on the floor, dirt everywhere, stains on the bedsheet, and small ants in the dining area. I informed the manager of my desire to check out early & shared some pictures showing the condition of the place but nothing. No relevant feedback. No accountability! I couldn't stay for the entire duration of the reservation - I left the following morning and didn't get any refund. Also, note that blanket is provided but there's a drycleaning fee if the duvet was used & the windows cannot be opened per condominium rules. Information I think should be available on the ad.

2/10 Poor

Alguns pontos: Poderia melhorar a proteção acústica.

Lugar excelente. Studio novinho, porém a limpeza deixa a desejar, as toalhas estavam cheia de pelos. Foram trocadas apenas no dia seguinte.
