I stayed here for 8 days during a business trip, and the experience was very comfortable and well managed. The accommodation was clean, bright, and neatly maintained throughout my stay. Towels were replaced properly, and room cleaning was done regularly, which made a big difference during a longer stay. The host was especially helpful and responsive, always willing to assist and provide support when needed. Thanks to the clean environment and proactive host, I was able to focus on my work without any inconvenience.

Had an amazing stay, the host was very helpful and response was always fast and easy! Even upgraded our room to a two bed room! Basically attached to a mall with a movie theater! Also has a mini mart down stairs right next to the entrance for snacks or supplies for your stay. Definitely recommend!

Second time

It was the second time to stay in this place. The place is very quite and comfortable to buy groceries. It's easy to store fruits because it has a big refrigerator and don't have to bring many clothes due to the washing machine. You can also cook in the kitchen, but it's easier to order through Grab.

The property manager Mr. Quy and his staff, are very kind and helpful. His apartment unit was equipped with everything I needed, very clean and cozy! I loved the decor!!! As a solo female traveler and expat, I highly recommend his property because the high level of safety and ease of getting everything you need in the nearby area. I was walking distance to malls, restaurants, spas, cafes and grocery stores. You name it, they had everything. It was certainly a very wonderful experience! As a solo traveler female to Vietnam for the very first time, I was very happy with the living accommodations and the area it's in. I would definitely visit again!
Dining area, so exquisite! I love it!
Savoring a cozy quiet evening in my 30th floor apartment living room. Very peaceful!
A very safe accommodation with lots of digital access features for protection. They also have 24hr security :)

My first impression was the great looking of the property. I felt safe with the way of accessing the place. The service was fantastic, we had everything we need while staying there. Btw, my wife loved how clean the towels are and their pleasant scent. We got our questions answered quickly and it is very helpful to us. We recommend it. You will be happy because of the quality and the affordable price 👍👍👍

Comfortable places in Hanoi

I traveled alone, and I was surprised at first because there were many Koreans in the apartment. Since I travel abroad a lot for my job, I prefer residence to hotel, and I think this place was as good as the good accommodation in other countries because it had all the things I needed in the accommodation. The accommodation was clean, and the manager contacted me through Kakao Talk, which Koreans often use, so it was easy to contact, and I also think the response was very friendly. I don't know when I'll come back to Hanoi, but if I do, I'll definitely use this place again.
