8/10 Very good

A nicely located hotel with pleasant bedrooms and very helpful staff. No communal facilities however, and the lift is in a separate building.

The reception staff are excellent and so very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. Even when i wanted to extend my stay they were very accommodating in allowing me to keep the same room.

Excellent

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. She was there to welcome me even though I arrived a bit late.

Room was very low quality. Walls were paper thin, every sound could be heard. First day, after 5 minutes my shower ran off hot water. Bed was terrible, mattress kept me awake at night with how uncomfortable it was. Furniture looked like second hand after 20 years of use. There was no daylight in the room On the upside, Room was clean and staff was really friendly and helpful.

Great location and price

This was my third trip to Valencia this year and chose the hotel because it's cheap and central. I wasn't quite expecting such a nice room with a really comfortable bed. For the price and location it's 10/10 will definitely use it again if I need to. Staff very friendly. Can not fault it.

Upbeat hotel with well mannered staff. Liked the unusual sink and the sweet fan control in gold letters nice atmosphere clean.

This was a very limited service hotel with no common areas aside from the lobby and reception desk. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, but I think the property was overpriced for what was provided

It was fine for one overnight stay in the city. The bed was not comfortable- the mattress seemed to bump in the middle. The central fan did not work but aircon did. It was basic but quiet at night. The area is vibrant and accessible.
