Excellent Hotel with Great Facilities & Prime Location. A truly superb stay! The hotel boasts top-notch facilities and a highly convenient location, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The property itself exceeded expectations, and the breakfast buffet was a standout highlight—exceptional in quality, variety, and taste. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable bedding, excellent bathroom amenities, and a strong in-room dining offering. However, the overall experience was let down by inconsistent service. The front desk team, in particular, was disappointing—the manager did not follow up on a concern raised or provide the information promised. Additionally, a late-night disturbance from housekeeping, who rang the doorbell multiple times due to a room mix-up, was both inconvenient and avoidable. While the hotel excels in its physical offerings and dining, improvements in service—especially at the front desk and housekeeping—are needed to match the otherwise high standard of the property.
