Great location! The room was clean but definitely feels a little outdated with the carpeting. Just note that although they do have a lift it is not useful - the layout of the hotel is a maze and there are multiple narrow staircases to get to your room, if you have large luggage make sure you inform them and ask for help to get it to your room.

Great location for visiting Paris around the Louvre and Champs Elysee. Room was comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed and good shower. Staff were really helpful. Loads of good restaurants around Rue St.Honore and Rue de Rivoli. BUT there are too many stairs to go up especially if you have a room near the top. Reception is on the 1st floor by staircase. 1 flight of stairs to get to the lift which is at a dogleg turn on the stairs and really difficult to access if you have large cases. Once out of the lift another 2 staircases to get to our room. If you have back problems or mobility problems steer clear of this hotel.

This property is older - from the 1700s, so they do the best they can with the limitations of what can be changed on the hotel since its historic. The staff are the friendliest ever! Would recommend skipping breakfast in favor of a cafe. Laundromat in walking distance. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Can't beat the location, across street from Louvre.
