It's a cute place. The Internet connection was good. It was close to downtown for dining and groceries. The bathroom was small, and the "room air" was insufficient, at least in Mid-July. Worst was we were in room 10 right off the patio. With people talking on the patio, we couldn't open our windows. We suggest investing in some fans. The breakfast was okay.

Unfortunately, this property offered me no help in getting to the venue when the bus dropped me at the shopping centre 5 mins drive away. I think it’s pretty poor that they didn’t try to pick me up. I couldn’t get a taxi, and was stranded in the cold & rain. Luckily a local bus driver took pity, went off his route & dropped me at the venue. I’ve been at other guest houses who have picked me up from public transport. Caring for your customers is a BIG part of hospitality.

Tanums Gestgifveri ligger geografisk bra placerat med tanke på de fina naturupplevelser närliggande hav ger, bl.a. Tjurpannans naturreservat. När man äter frukost sitter man och njuter, låter sig smaka på alla läckerheter i en lugn miljö.

Veldig koselig hotell med koselig hage og uteplass. Blide serviceinnstilt personale. Dobbeltrommet var av enkel standard og blir dyrt i forhold til pris. Hadde ikke behøvd å fjerne ene dynen selv om det skulle fungere som enkeltrom, tenk om man synes det var kaldt. Dyrt også med tanke på at det er spesielle tidspunkt å sjekke inn på. Frokosten må man gå i en sidebygning men der veldig trivelig. Standard enkel frokost man finner alle steder. Kjent for sin frokostbuffet sies det Men forstår ikke hvorfor, den er enkel og som alle andre steder. Positivt de har kaffe/te og småkaker stående fremme så man kan forsyne seg. Kan bli fullt på parkering så da må man parkere i gaten eller omkring.

Trevligt boende med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra med restaurang så nära. Fräscha men lite omoderna rum. Jag hade gärna sett att boendet renoverats i mer historiskt korrekt stil, då det är Sveriges äldsta gästgiveri. Det finns så många andra ”vanliga” boenden. Ta gärna vara på och framhäv historiska byggnader och etablissemang.
