The property itself is lovely. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. We ordered a meal at dinner and, while basic, it was very good. My only real concern is that the hotel advertised a pool, that was open. When we arrived in 29 degree heat we were looking forward to a swim only to find out the pool was closed, although it was full and the water was reasonably warm. We would at least liked to have sat around the pool but all the chairs, umbrellas etc were locked away. This was very disappointing. I would not have booked this hotel and paid its fairly high tariff if I had know the pool was not available.

Super smashing marvellous

Absolutely loved this place booked for an overnight stay defo wanted it to be longer loved everything and felt like we where treated as a very special guests pool was special ..in dact words are hard to describe how lovely i found everything about this stay . We have decided to stay 2 days on way back as it was so super . I dont think anyone could be disappointed if you book a stay at this place.. Have a lovely day Surrounding area was lovely

We like everything about this beautiful place! Pool is great! Breakfast is great. Plenty sitting areas outside for relaxation by the horses or under beautiful trees by the terrace. Staff is great, we love that it is a family running the business. Very nice people. This was our second time there and we will go back for sure.

Un véritable havre de paix. Le cadre est magnifique, avec une superbe allée bordée de chevaux qui donne immédiatement le ton. L’hôtel est très charmant, les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et impeccablement entretenues. La piscine est également superbe et invite à la détente. Le tout bénéficie d’un environnement paisible en pleine campagne, tout en étant situé à seulement quelques minutes de Poitiers. Les hôtes sont également très agréables. Une très belle découverte, où je reviendrai avec plaisir.
