The beds were comfortable. Front desk wasn’t staffed adequately. Long lines. Some staff seemed happy and interested in helping, most others were just there doing their job without a helpful attitude. There wasn’t any AC in the lobby so waiting in line to check in was miserable. This was also the breakfast area so it was uncomfortable while trying to have breakfast. Breakfast items were average.

El desayuno es muy desagradable. Podrían esforzarse un poquito. Fruta refrigerada. Comida sin sabor. Las cosas están bien. Pero el sabor es fatal. Muy feo. Si tuviera sazón y sabor todo sería diferente. Es mi recomendación. No nos gustó y no desayunamos . La mucama me despertaba todos los días. Si tenían horario de limpieza hubieran avisado para decirles que íbamos de vacaciones a descansar. Por lo demás el precio calidad beneficio. Bien. Pero definitivamente no volveré por el desayuno y la despertada
