AC needs to be cooler, Awesome I stayed on the 29th the 30th and in room 303 I set my DoorDash dinner on the table that will seat I woke up it was like about 20 cockroaches in my meal

NO HOT WATER! they are politely charging full price and the breakfast is a wonderfully hot coffee with moist nutrigrain fruit bars and a variety of instant oatmeal. Although there is no ice machine there is a cashless vending machine charging $3.75 for chips and $4.24 for 12 oz. can of brisk. They have laundry rooms , wifi and no deposit

While it may not be the Fairfield Marriott, it is a well maintained hotel. The office staff are very accommodating. You do have all amenities you need for day to day life. Security is outstanding and from personal experience, Elsa is the best housekeeper they have, by far. Though they are just getting started, it'll be worth the wait to see how exceptional they get.

The hotel doesn’t have an ice machine, and even though they had a kitchenette, there were no ice trays in the freezer to make ice. The breakfast coffee was so strong we couldn’t drink it. Breakfast was a choice of an oatmeal cup, or breakfast granola bar. The rooms were just ok. Only 1 bath towel, and one wash cloth in the bathroom, and the room was booked for 2 adults. One of the beds had the mattress flipped upside down so the springs were on top, and the pillow top was on the bottom. I guess the maid didn’t know you can’t flip that kind of a mattress it has to just be turned.. There was a lot of dogs on the floor we stayed on, and between the dogs, barking and the freeway noise we didn’t sleep very well. Overall I’m saying this Property is just OK.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Thankfully, we brought our own blankets because calling this place “unclean” would be an understatement. The room appeared poorly maintained, and we didn’t feel comfortable using either the shower or the toilet because it was obvious they had not been properly cleaned. Had we not driven four hours and arrived close to midnight, we would have left immediately. The kids were upset and uncomfortable, which made the experience even more disappointing. I hope this review reaches future guests, but more importantly, the ownership and management team. Significant improvements need to be made to cleanliness and overall upkeep. No family should have to experience these conditions.

No screen no phone windows almost fell out of the frame when I opened it. Blanket after three days here no housekeeping staff is really great though. Seems like the owners need to get their attention on slum dog millionaire cause they may need to come check out the safety. I was desperate and I'll so now I'll be looking for a better room. But staff? Thank you for your time and help

I arrive a little after 3pm to check-in. The first thing that caught me by surprise was the smell of body odor in the lobby. Check-in process was smooth though, I brought my pet. WiFi is available with no password but a little on the slow side. Step into the elevator, scratches, gang tags, graffiti, all throughout the elevator. It was small, dirty and felt like it would stop working at anytime. Definitely avoided riding the elevator with others in the likelihood that it broke down there would be limited air supply. The room was in the second floor. Carpet to the floor was dirty, grimy, I’m sure it’s vacuumed frequently but it need to be pulled and replaced. Or maybe no carpet….but wait, wooden floors don’t get any better. I open the door to my room, the strongest smell of Pine Sol or Fabuloso, mind you, I think t It wasn’t diluted because the floor was sticky. Sure it’s a disinfectant but who wants a sticky floor? The AC was cranked up all the way, there was no hair dryer in the bathroom, though there was a wall placement for one. The shower curtain looks like it needed to go into the laundry room. The bathroom mirror was covered in spit, bathroom ceiling needs to be wiped down from mildew..oh the venting the bathroom doesn’t work. Bathroom only had one towel for guest and 3 mini towels. Isn’t it standard that hotel/motels have two large body towels in the bathroom? Pros: Hot water Pet friendly No deposit Cons: Dirty asf Guest services 2.5/5 No guest

This is property is probable being used for homeless shelter. Upon arriving at the parking lot there is police present at the entrance dealing with something. The lobby looks unmaintained but that's not an issue here. The elevator wall is full of scribbles and there are bugs crawling on the wall, . The hallway smells terrible with dirty towels on the floor. The key card does not function properly with the door lock, I was never able able open the door without standing there trying to insert the card multiple times. The room is big the spacious but I'm too scared to open the cabinet door after seeing other's reviews. The fridge also had bad smell. Bathtub is not completely cleaned. I ended up buying my own towel and disinfecting wipes to clean all the surfaces. Going in and out of the hotel I pumped into many sketchy looking people and the were talking to me in the elevator. Parking lot looks like it has many people car camping there which doesn't look safe as well.
